  • Plated Tasting Menu Experience Inclusions:

    Elegant table setting with printed customized menus, silverware, plates, water glasses, wine glasses, napkins, linen, & fine touches.

    Meal Service will take around 2 ½ hours.

  • 20 Person Minimum.
    Family menu inclusions:

    Dessert

    Elegant table setting with printed customized menus, silverware, plates, water glasses, goblets for wine, napkins, linen, fine touches.

    This package includes a total of eight dishes.

    *Requests can be made if you would like to add more entrees.

    *We provide the table setting up to 25 people. Any party larger than 25 people will need to rent silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, and linen through us or from a third party vendor.

  • This menu option is reserved for larger parties of 20 people or more.

    Price is dependent on quality and type of ingredients used.

    ~A5 Japanese Wagyu (2 oz portion)

    ~Australian & American Wagyu (2 oz portion)

    ~Blue (lump) Crab (2-3oz)

    ~U-10 Hokkaido Scallop (1pc)

    ~Fresh Truffles (15g shaved) (black summer, black winter, white summer; must be

    ordered at least one week in advance)

    ~Uni (sea urchin roe) (parties of 10 or more people; must be ordered a week in advance)

    ~Caviar (½ oz) (paddlefish, hackleback, white sturgeon, royal ossetra, etc.; subject to availability)

  • 3 meats, 3 cheeses, fruit, olives/pickles, nuts, spread, crackers, edible flower/ 24k gold garnish)

  • Beverage Packages:

    1) Bartender Service

    - Includes customized drink menu, ice, glassware, and full service bartender

    - We require an additional bartender for parties over 25 people.

    - Drink menu will be discussed during booking

    - We will purchase the alcohol and you are responsible for the cost (receipt will be provided); the leftovers are yours to keep.

    - We will set up a small station in the kitchen area where the bartender will prepare your drinks and serve while you’re enjoying dinner.

    2) Cocktail Bar Station Set up (self service)

    - Includes water station with fresh fruits, light snacks & small charcuterie, ice, your choice of two mixers, bar equipment (shaker tin, glassware, etc.), fine touches, and a bottle of Sparkling Wine.

    - For a full service bartender we will charge an additional fee.

    - We will purchase the alcohol and you are responsible for the cost (receipt will be provided); the leftovers are yours to keep.

    3) Handmade Wooden Mobile Bar with full service bartender:

    - Includes customized drink menu, ice, glassware, full service bartender

    - Drink menu will be discussed during booking

    - We will purchase the alcohol and you are responsible for the cost (receipt will be provided); the leftovers are yours to keep.

    - This is ideal for large parties and an outdoor setting (we will need adequate space for the wooden mobile bar).

    - Transportation, set up, breakdown included

    4) Wine Pairing Menu:

    - Created by a local Sommelier

    - Must be booked one (1) month in advance.

  • We love providing flowers for all meaningful occasions, but this service is wonderful for clients who are specifically interested in a more straight-forward and simplistic approach.
